And the bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties Respondent by the general description of parties unknown, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.
It is ordered that the said nonresident Respondents, Brenda Jackton, Betty Jacksoq, Sharon Jackson, Mack Jackson and Randolph Jackton, and the said persons made respondents by the general description unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title or unknown parties do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a cony be posted at the front door of this Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in this Affidavit herein within ton days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers* of this case.
