Basketball Season
Opens at R. C. H. S.
The Rappahannock County High School Panthers open their 1963-64 Basketball season Friday, December 6, against the Broadway Gobblers.
This year Rappahannock is a member of District 10, composed of Luray, Page County, Clarke County, Warren County Strasburg, Elkton, Stonewall Jackson, Turner Ashby, Central, Mo n t e v id eo and Broadway. Members of the Varsity include Roy Atkins, Tommy Atkins, John Anderson, Mike Brown, Bill Durden, Bobby Atkins, Jimmy Jenkins, Jimmy Latham, Ronnie Pullen Leslie Titchenell, and Roger Welch. The J. V. team consists of Melvin Atkins, Thomas Brown, Billy Mundy, Page Moffett, Cecil Pullen C. E. Dodson, Roger Atkins, Donnie Deal, Mack Dodson, Bill Welch, and Carl Clark. All J. V. games will begin at 6:30. The Schedule is as follows:
