Show in Front Royal
*A Christmas Ballet of Flowers* from “The Nutcracker* will be the theme of a Christmas Flower Show to be presented by the Valley Garden Club of Front Royal, on December 7 and 8. Mrs. T. B. Apgar and Mrs. W. R.Matthews, Jr., Flower Show Chairmen, have announced that the show will be held in the Union Hall on Chester Street. They cordially invite anyone who is interested in flowers or arranging to exhibit in the show. Schedules may be obtained from them or Mrs. O.O. vanDeusen, Jr., Schedule Chairman. A special Horticulture Division will be offered for plant enthusiasts, which will Include potted plants, ornamental foliage, shrubs and trees, and any worthy exhibit not provided for in the schedule covering horticulture. It is hoped that all individuals who have good specimans will prepare them for entry in the show. The show will be judged by National Council Accredited Flower Show judges.
