Mrs. Alice Dorsey Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee Barfield and family of Berryville arrived Wednesday for the holidays with his mother Mrs. Hazel Barfield and Miss Alice Hitt. They returned home Sunday afternoon. Thursday afternoon callers included Frank Wagner of Falls Church, the Rev. Ralph Rice of Culpeper and Paul Davis, Jr. of Lignum. Mrs. Claude Gaines spent the past week at her home here. Guests on Thanksgiving Day were Mr. and Mrs. Billy Gaines and two daughters of * Falls Church. Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Caines were Sunday guests. Miss Grace Blank, professor of Biology at the College of iWilliam andJMary in Williamsburg, spent Thanksgiving week end with Mr. and Mrs. Carter White. Joe White arrived home on Tuesday and returned to his college in Tennessee on Sunday evening. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Conner Jenkins on Thanksgiving were their sons and daughterin-law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard, Jenkins and George Jenkins of Manassas; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Racer and family of Slate Mills and Mr. Jenkins' sister Mrs. Venie Jenkins of Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins and family of Fairfax spent Sunday with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Lem aster and daughter Donna were Thanksgiving Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Conrad and family of Mosby Woods, Fairfax. On Sunday the Conrads spent the day with Mr. and Mrs. Lem aster.
Mrs. Carter White and her houseguest Miss Grace Blank were Friday callers of Mrs. R. W. Qualntance, Sr. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Qualntance of Culpeper were Sunday callers.
Mr. and Mrs. D. Jack Kilby of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kilby and son Dennis of Arlington and Mrs. Carter White were Sunday afternoon callers of Mr. and Mrs. George Thornhill and Mrs. Vinda Kilby.
