The Rappahannock Rescue Squad on Thursday, December 19th took Ernest Updike from his home to University Hospital. On the sam.e date the Squad answered a call to an accident 3/4 mile west of town. The same date Mrs* Singleton was taken from the home of Mrs* Virginia Lewis in Sperryvllle to the home of Mrs. Clarice Clark. On December 20th a child of Ennis Jenkins was taken from home to Dr. Sherman’s office in Front Royal and back. December 22nd Mrs. Archie Dodson was taken from her home in Peola Mills to University Hospital. On December 25th W. N. Rector was taken from his home in Sperry, ville to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. On December 26th Elder J. H. -Daily was taken from Sperryville to Warren Memorial Hospital. Also on the 26th Mrs. Singleton was moved from the home of Mrs. Clark to Culpeper Hospital and from there to Sunset Haven Nursing HomelnGriffinsburg. The Flint Hill Rescue Squad took Mrs. John Jenkins to Warren Memorial Hospital on Saturday, December 21 and on Saturday, December 28th Mrs. Turner was taken from her home to the Front Royal Hospital.
