Miu Mattie Robinson

Miss Mattie Bolling Robinson diedSunday, December 22, 1963 in Charles Town General Hospital, Charles Town, W. Va. where she -had been a patient for several weeks. Miss Robinson had made her home with her sister Mrs. H. H. Huyett in Charles Town. She was born in Rappahannock County, daughter of the late John H. Robinson and Annie Reager Robinson. She was a retired school teacher having taught for many years at the Reager School in Rappahannock County. Other sisters surviving besides Mrs. H. H. Huyett are Mrs. J. B. Huyett of Charles Town, Miss Kathleen E. Robinson, Miss Ida Robinson of Fredericksburg, Mrs, L. J. Fristoe of Harrisonburg and Mrs. J. L. Pancoast, of Annapolis, Md. A funeral service was held Tuesday, December 24 at 2 p.m. from the Maddox Funeral Home Chapel in Front Royal conducted by the Rev. Carlyle McDonald, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Charles Town with interment at Prospect Hill Cemetery. Nephews of Miss Robinson, served as pallbearers.
