John T. Woodward, 72, of "Caatleton, died Dec. 19, 1963 in ' a Front Royal hospital. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lena Huffman" Woodward of Castle ton; two sons Roger S. of Alexandria and John T. woodward Jr, of Castleton, a foster-son, Charles E. Bailey of Alexandria; two sisters, Mrs.Dora Mills of Culpeper and Mrs. Lyle Sherman of Washington,' D.C.; four brothers, Egbert of Amissville, Henry of Falls, Church, Brown and Arthur Woodward of Culpeper, and seven grandchildren. .. A funeral service was-held at 2 p.m. Dec. 21 at Geest funeral chapel, the Rev. F. Edison Cleland and the Rev, Koy Peterson officiatlng.Burial was made in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ed Jones, Joha M. Brown, Alpheus Cannon, Conrad Hensley, Gen.Daniel Noce.Thomas Williams, William Singleton and W. B. Carter. • ,
