Delight All Present
George Muth, president of Rappahannock Hunt, welcomed over "a hundred guests to the annual hunt dinner and ball, and wished them a pleasant evening at Panorama Saturday, April 4. Mrs. Oliver Durant n, chal» man of the social committee, added a word of greeting to those present and commended her social committee for their splendid achievement in decorations, Mrs. Michael Marsh, Mrs. T. Carlyle Lea, Jr. and Mrs. Newbill Miller and Mrs. Sue Ingersoll were on the committee. Mrs. Joseph PaUze, who had recently resigned as treasurer of the hunt after serving diligently for five years, was presented a silver tray. Joint Master John R. DeBergh made the presentation on behalf of the hunt. After dinner the floor was cleared for dancing to the enchanting music of Jack Preddy's Orchestra of Charlottesville.
The colorful gowns of the ladies accented by the scarlet * hunting coats and black or white dinner jackets made a picture as gay as any ball could be. Huge clusters of ballons with streamers crisscrossed overhead set the background ’or the event. On one wall a /ery large della robbia type

Dr. Slewlca Hospitalised" With Heart Condition
Dr. Anthony P. Slewka, internal medicine specialist at Culpeper Memorial Hospital, suffered a heart attack Saturday evening and was taken to the University of Virginia Hospital where he remains a patient.
Dr. Slewka was stricken with the heart condition while attending the Rappahannock Hunt Club Ball at Panorama. Dr. John Peyton Snead, IV, of Sperryville who was present at the ball, rushed him to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. He was taken from there by ambulance to University HospitalDr. Slewka, 35, has been practicing medicine for the past two years in Culpeper and planned to leave this week to assume a new post with the Western Reserve Hospital Clinic in Pittsburgh, Pa.
