said plat being recorded among the land records
of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book
62 at pages ISO and 131. Terms of Sole:
All cash over existing trusts: (1) duly recorded among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 68 at page 86, securing Piedmont Federal Savings and Loan Association payment of the original sum of 66,150.00; and (2) duly recorded among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 64 at page 69, securing Bearer payment of the original sum of 62,000.00. The unpaid balances of the aforesaid trusts will be announced at the time of sale.
A deposit of 6500.00 will be required at the time of sale and the balance of the purchase price must be paid within ten (10) days from the date of sale, otherwise the property will be re-sold at the expense of the defaulting purchaser. Taxes and insurance are to be adjusted as of the date of sale; examination of title, Federal Revenue Stamps, notary and recording fees and costa of conveyanceing will be borne by the purchaser.
