Andrew Parvatti of Richmond. Sunday guests in the Coffey home were Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector, Miss Rebecca Rector, Abe Burke, Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Coffey and Frank Coffey. Carlton Atkins who underwent major surgery at University Hospital in Charlottes ville last week is visited daily by Mrs. Atkins and other members of his family who report his condition satisfactory. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Payne and Miss Shirley Brown of Arlington were visitors over the week-end of Mrs. Catherine Brown. Mrs. Earle Wayland spent the week-end in Arlington and visited her son Larry Wayland who is hospitalized. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Shade and family of Charlottesville spent Sunday with Mrs. Shade's parents Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Dwyer. Recent guests in the Dwyer home were Miss Margaret Bruce Brown and Miss Browning from Culpeper. Guests on Sunday of Miss Nellie Atkins and Mrs. Ethel Tyner were Mrs. Frances Leake, Mrs. Lois Frazier, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Frazier and family, Mrs. Mary Ashby, Mrs. Kate Dwyer and the Misses Mary and Kate Yowell, all of Warrenton. Miss Sue Many spent the week-end with her sister and aunt Miss Mildred Many and Mrs. Kitty Huff in Washington, D. C. and attended the annual Cherry Blossom Parade on Saturday. Sunday dinner guests in the ManyHuff home were Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Many of Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Buckley of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Huff and sons A1 and David of Alexandria, Mrs. W. O.
