Mr. and Mrs. Maddox Tapp attended the stockholders din■ter meeting of Citizens National Bank, Front Royal held Tuesday evening at theHy-Wy Restaurant there. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Priest and family were visitors Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Poe in Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. A, M. Priest in Sperryville. Dickey Latham has been a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital for tests andobserva tion. Mrs. Nelson Burner returned to her home Wednesday from Doctors Hospital, Washington, D. C. where she had been a surgical patient.

Mrs. Marcelle McNeill, Mancy, Linda and Bruce and Mrs. Estelle Priest visited Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Williams last Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Hubie Gilkey, Bert, Kim and Kelly Joe were Wednesday night visitors of Mrs. Ray Smelser at Browntown.

Mr6. Lelia Leake and son Charles moved last week into a house on the Sealock estate formerly occupied by Mr. and Mr6. Albert Cameron and family. Mrs. Jerry Mathews and son Ricky visited Mr. and Mrs. Herman Williams and family last Thursday. Miss Doris Daugherty, Home Demonstration Agent, met with Mrs. Harold Davis, Mrs. Minnie Williams, Mrs. Lucy Williams and Mrs. Dorcas Kuser in the home of Mrs. Davis last Tuesday for a bust ness meeting pertaining to the home demonstration club.

Mrs. Joe Williams was hostess for a Stanley party, given in her home la6t Friday night. There were nine ladies present. Mrs. Iva Wakeman of Woodstock gave the demonstra tion. ,

Mr. and Mrs. Galen Reil and two sons of Danville, Mrs. Pearl Mills and Tammy Harris were recent dinner guests of Mr, and Mrs. Sam North.

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Clatter buck, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Mauck of Front Royal were visitors Saturday night of Mr. and Mr6. Lewin Williams.

Rommie Morris, son of Mr. 'ancf fvjfs. Ermand MorriS'Tdturried to his home Saturday from Warren Memorial hospital where he had been a patient for 14 days. He is improving.
