Proposed Zoning Ordinance ( Pursuant to Title 15.1, Chapter 11 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended At a special meeting of the Rappahannock County | Planning Commission held on January 7, 1965, in accordance with Sec. 15.1-439 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as \ amended, a Zoning Ordinance for Rappahannock County. ( Virginia, was proposed and the time of the public hearing was set as follows: ^ “On motion of J. N. Miller, seconded by Capt. L. B. , Stuart and, passed by unanimous vote, a Zoning Ordinance for Rappahannock County, Virginia was approved and a | public hearing date was set to be held on Friday, January 29, 1965, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the Court House, at I Washington, Virginia; at which time the Planning Commission will hear all persons for and against the adoption of said ordinance by the Planning Commission for presentation to and adoption by the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors. / Pursuant to Sec. 15.1-444 of the 1950 Code of Virginia as amended, the secretary of the Planning Commission is instructed to give required notice of the time and place of the he&riHg flt least once B week for two weeks as required in Sec. 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
