The regular meeting of the Chester Gap Home Demonstration Club was held Thursday night with 9 members present. The demonstration was on “Oven Meals". Mrs. Maybelle Gilkey, Mrs. Iva Williams, Mrs. Dorcas Kuser and Mrs. Bessie Parks attended the Home Demonstration achievement day at Rappahannock High School last Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Mahoney and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Mahoney Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Weltie Willis and Mrs. Aldean Settle spent Saturday afternoon in Winchester. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Sealock, Butch and Wayne, Janet and Glenda Fox were Saturday night visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kreisher in Front Royal. Mrs. LeMerle Williams of Chester Gap, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Leake and daughter Terry of Culpeper spent Sunday in Petersburg. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Davis) of Chester Gap and Mr. and: Mrs. Lewin Eastham of Front! Royal were dinner guests on' Saturday night at Holiday Inn on the Winchester Road. Mrs. Maybelle Gilkey, Mrs. | Iva Williams and Mrs. Estelle Sibert visited Mr. and Mrs. Homer Fox on Monday afternoon.
Irwin Williams returned to his home M o n d a y afternoon after 13 days in Warren Memorial Hospital for treatment.
