(EST) the following described property, to-wit: **• • ell the following described tract or parcel of land together with building and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, about three-fourths of a mile southwest of the Town of Washington, Virginia, with the following metes and bounds: "Beginning at a stake 7 in the said Moffett line corner to lot no. 4, thence with said Moffkt line N 67-y4 W 2.07 chains to a stake 9 comer to lot no. 6 thence with its line north &22 chains to a stake 10 in said road line, thence with said toad line N 76 50* E 1.70 chains to figure 8 a stake comer to lot no. 4, thence with said lot’s line S 2 E 6.50 chains to the beginning, containing one acre and being lot no. 5 in a aurvey made by A- W. Utterback on file in the papers in Chancery Cause of Carter v. Pettie’s Adm’r. filed in the v Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.’ .
