(b) One a day, two a license year, bucks only, in the counties of Accomack, Amelia, Amherst east of UJS. Route 29, Appomattox, Brunswick, Buckingham, Campbell, Charles City, Charlotte, Chesterfield, Cumberland, Dinwiddle, Fluvanna, Gloucester, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, James City, King William, Lunenburg, Mathews, Mecklenberg, Middlesex, Nelson east of Route 151, New Kent, Nottoway, Pittsylvania west of Southern Railroad, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Prince George and York, and in the cities of Hampton and Newport News.
