The object of thie salt U to par* tition the lands that George Bedford died seised and possessed consisting of 24 acres, more or less, in one of the modes prescribed by law, which land is located in Hampton Magisteriol District, Rappahannock County, Virginia; and the parties of this cause hare or may hare certain undivided interests in the said land that the aforesaid George Bedford died seised and possessed of as described in the bill of complaint filed in, this cause, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants, Jennie Poles, Eater Poles Freeman, Martha Poles Siner, Lyle Timbers, libs. Forrest Poles, and successors in title of George Bedford, Martha Poles Timbers, R. 8. Timbers, Beatrice Timbers, Forrest Poles, Tellus Poles, Woodie (Woodson) Poles, Johnnie Johnson, Bessie Johnson, Miles, if such there be, and/or unknown parties having an interest in the lands George Bedford died seised and possessed of, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made PARTIES DEFENDANT by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that said non-resident defendants do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered .that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this Court on oi* before the 12th day of May, 1966, and that the Clerk mall a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
