Major provisions of the 1967 wheat program have been announced by Secretary of Agriculture Orville L. Freeman. “These provisions for next year’s crop will assure increased production of needed wheat and at the same time will bring producers more income," the Secretary said. Farm allotment notices will be sent to producers shortly. Key factors in the 1967 program are; 1. Price-support loan level will be $1.25 per bushel. 2. Domestic marketing certi ficates on an estimated 520 million bushels will be valued at the difference between full parity as of July 1, 1967 and the $1.25 loan value. (This year’s certificate value for the 1966 crop will be about $1.32 per bushel.) 3. Marketing certificates to be issued represent expected production on 40 percent of

Willis, Robert Henry Jenkins, 17, of Washington, Va. operating a 1965 Plymouth owned by Lawrence Kenneth Jenkins, also of Washington was heading north on Route 522 when he crossed over a double solid line to the left of the road. When he cut back to the right of the road the vehicle skidded sideways for 390 feet and came to rest in a field 35 feet fr6m the highway. There were no injuries in the wreck and damage was estimated at $3CC
