| seconded by Herbert A. Foster | and passed by unanimous vote, a Zoning Ordinance for Rappahannock County, Virginia, recommended by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission and proposed for adoption by the Board of Supervisors at its next regular meeting to be held on Friday, July 1, 1966, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. in the Court House at Washington, Virginia, at which time a Public Hearing will be held and the Board will hear all persons for and against the adoption of said Zoning Ordinance.
The Clerk shall give required notice of the time and place of Hearing at least once a week for two weeks, as provided in Sec: 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended. The Clerk of the Board is directed to have copies of the above mentioned Proposed Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannobk County, Virginia, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of said County for examination by the public, to which reference is hereby made.
