Partnership Formed
T. J. Pillar and Col. Maurice F. Biddle announce the formation of a partnership, to be called the Rappahannock Real Estate Company. The company will furnish complete real estate services for the Rappahannock County people and adjoining’ counties, including listings, sales, appraisals, brokerage, property management, and zoning information. The firm will have offices in the Sutler’s Cabin on Highway #211 just west of Sperryville. The new firm’s telephone numbers will be 987-8176 and 987-2414. Mr. Pillar is a long time real estate broker in the County and Col. Biddle has been with Mr. Pillar for the past 18 months. During this period the two have'sold a total of 30 properties ranging from farms in the 80-400 acre category to unimproved tracts of varying sizes as well as single family dwellings.
