Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sparks and children were In Haymarket on Sunday for the forty-second anniversary of Mrs. Sparks' parents Mr. and Mrs. Frank Anderson. Sunday evening Mr. and Mrs. Sparks visited Mrs. Evelyn Mabe at the Manassas Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Jenkins and daughter Marie were Irecent guests of Mr. and Mrs. |Ray Frazier and family. The Fraziers were in Luray Friday, Saturday and Sunday to attend the Ketocton Association of the Regular Baptist Church. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Cave and Mrs. Raymond Fincham and daughter Peggy accompanied Mr. Cave's mother Mrs. Elza Cave of Banco to the University of Virginia Hospital Monday of last week where she had ways. Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jenkins were their son and daughterin-law Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins of Culpeper and Mrs. Charlie Denny of Washington, D. C. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Jenkins celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary on August 17 with a party. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins and three children and Mr. and Mrs. Littleton Fincham and five children, all of Culpeper and Virginia Jenkins at home. The George Jenkins celebrated their tenth wedding anni-| versary the same night. Sunday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Olney Kennedy were Mr. and Mrs. Lester Alfred and son Wayne of Novum. Monday dinner guests were Mrs. James Cubbage and daughter Mrs. Dale Barnhart and her daughters Patty and ’Terri of Culpeper.
