Mrs. Marie Williams entered Warren Memorial Hospital last Wednesday night and underwent surgery Thursday morning. She is improving satisfactorily. Mrs. Beverly Williams entered Winchester Memorial Hospital Monday for eye surgery on Tuesday. Patty Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Bobby) Williams entered Warren Memorial Hospital last Wednesday for treatment. The regular meeting of the Home Demonstration Club was held at the Chester Gap fire hall last Thursday night with 12 members present. The demonstration on crewel embroidery was given by the Extension Agent, Miss Diane Brown. Mrs. Maybelle Gilkey attended a Home Demonstration district meeting in Warrenton last Friday. Mrs. Hairve Williams was the honor guest Sunday at her 73rd birthday dinner in the home of her son/James Williams and
family. J \ Miss Shirley North spent the week-enp with Miss Tammy Harris |n the home of Mr. and Mrs.* Buster Mills. Mr. ana Mrs. JackNorthand family of1 the Beef Cattle Research Station were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Sam North. Miss Mattie Williams spent the week-end with Miss Joan Partlow in Browntown. Mrs. Nora Sealock and Mrs. William Fox were Thursday visitors in Winchester. Pfc. Floyd Lilly returned to Walter Reed Hospital Monday for further treatment after spending approximately a month with Mrs. Lilly in the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Albert Williams. He was accompanied to Washington by Mrs. Lilly and Ronnie Morris.
Mrs. Ermand Morris, Mrs. Odessa Campbell and Philip Fincham all entered Warren Memorial Hospital Monday for X-rays and treatment.
