Crewet Embroidery Workshop Scheduled
A workshop on crewel embroidery will be held April 13 at Amissville for home demonstration club members or anyone else interested in this craft. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held in the educational rooms of Amissville Baptist Church. At the April meeting of the Amissville Club held Monday evening. Miss Susan Dodson of Flint Hill, a Rappahannock 4-H member, gave a talk using as her topic “4-H Club Work Contributes to Good Citizenship.*
The program of the meeting under the direction of Miss Diane Brown, Extension Agent was on fabrics and their use.
Refreshments were served to the 19 attending by hostesses Mrs. Charlie Priest and Mrs. Wallace Stover.
