“The Annual Baptist Shiloh Associational Youth Night Pro gram will be held in the New Salem Baptist Church on Saturday, April 15 from 6:30 - 9 p. m. Activities chosen to support the theme - Who Am I? include entertainment, special music, special emphases, awarding of a Youth Banner, plus the regular supper. Situation You will be presented by the Young People of several churches as the feature representative of the evening’s chosen theme. The planned activities promise to be exciting, with an increase over last year’s attendance of 75! The Youth of our Churches need this night!"
Knitting Class Canceled
Although there were several requests for knitting instructions, no one was present for the first class held last Thursday, consequently classes will not be held at this time. The next class will probably be held in the fall. The clothing class got underway with four interested ladies present. There is still room for several more to participate and if interested please call the extension office to find out what materials you need to bring to the next meet ing. Those taking the class at this time are Mrs. Ethel Bailey, Mrs. Mary Cleverley, Mrs. Magdelene Dearing and Mrs. Margaret Summers.
