Graveside funeral services were held at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal Friday, March 31 for George Lewis Wallihan who died at his home in Front Royal 6n Tuesday, March 28, 1967 at at the age of 88, The service was conducted by the Rev. William W. Bloood and Unity Lodge 146 A.F. and A.M. of which he was a member. Mr. Wallihan was born in Wisconsin, the son of Orlando F. and Currence Johnson Wallihan. He established the Front Royal Livestock Market in 1936 and had been active in its operation since then Surviving are his wife, the former Pearl Cooper; a son, Lewis E. Wallihan of Cedar - ville, Va., and a daughter Mrs. Margaret W. Hudson of Richmond. Pallbearers were Tom Oliver, Leonard Bowman, Byron Brumback, Russell Sonfier, Alton Morrison and Brooks Mims.
