Legion Auxiliary Present*
Recently the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion of Front Royal worshiped in a group at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Woodville. Rev. C. H. Sanford, pastor. While there they presented the Cem®| tery Club with a check in the memory of the late Sister Minnie Butler. After services they were invited for dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Butler and daughter of Sperryville. Those present were Mrs. Lula Wiginton, Mrs Helen Bailey, Mrs. Josie Patterson, Mrs. Lillian Davenport, Mrs. Julia Fitzhugh, Mrs. Ida Poles, Mrs. Julia Jackson, Mrs. Virginia Fletcher, Mrs. Ida Pendleton, Mrs Helen Carter, Mrs. Mary Timbers, Mrs. Linda Washington. Also David Chunn, Edward Wigington, Richard Fita hugh and Cornelius Carter. Other members of the family and friends visiting in the Butler home were Mrs. Lucy Childs, Mrs. Ella Jackson, Mrs. James Butler, Mrs. Lee Wilson, Mrs. Eunice Smith, and John Butler. Also Clifford B. Aylor and Mr. Forest of Washington, D. C.
