Chowan Choir To
Present Program
The Chowan College Choir from Murfreesboro, North Carolina will be on tour from April 16 through April 23, 1967. The 33-voice touring choir will sing at the Washington Baptist Church, Washington, Va. on Sunday, April 16 at 11 a. m. There will be no admission and the public is cordially invited to attend. The appearance of the choir here Sunday is sponsored joint ly by the host church and Flint Hill Baptist Church. James M. Chamblep, who has performed as a singer through I out the world, including appearances in European and Iron Curtain countries last summer, is Director of the Choir.
