Bonnie North of Huntly was named “Miss Rappahannock" in a beauty pageant held Friday evening at the local high school. The pageant was spon sored by the Rappahannock .Jaycees. Runners-up were Barbara Jean Dodson and Kay Cubbage, second and third re spectively. Miss Rappahannock received her crystal tiara from pageant chairman Jim Willis who also awarded her a cash prize of $100 and a dozen American Beauty roses on behalf of the Jaycees. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey North and was sponsored by her father’s fuel distributing firm, Nish North & Son, Huntly. Bonnie is a senior at Rappahannock County High School. Barbara Jean Dodson in sec ond place was also named “Miss Congeniality" by fellow contestants. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milton H. Dodson of Woodville and is a Senior at Rappahannock County High School. Her sponsor was Sperryville Corner Store Sperryville. Kay Cubbage of Castleton in third place is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Owen Cubbage and a Senior at the local high
