Amend Regulation R3-8 to read as follows:
It shall he unlawful to use dogs for the hunting of bear during the open season for hunting deer in the counties west of the Blue Ridge Mountains and in the counties of Amherst (west of U.S. Route 29), Bedford. Campbell (west of Southern Railroad), Nelson (west of Route 151) and Pittsylvania (west of Southern Railroad) and within the boundaries of the National forests.

Kxcept as otherwise specifically provided by the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to trap beaver from January 1 through February 15, both dates inclusive.
