I Hayride Enjoyed by

About 65 persons enjoyed the Trinity Episcopal Church Sunday School hayride and picnic Sunday afternoon. The tractor drawn, hay filled wagons had as their destination the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Baumgardner in Harris Hoi low. This project was under the managership of T. C. Lea, C. B. Palmer and Mr. Baumgardner.
Many took part in a variety of games under the leadership of John Cargill. And all appreciated the refreshments served by E. N. Montague, Fred Schaefer and a group of ladies.

Off To School
Among the young men and women in the county who have gone or will leave soon for schools or colleges and have not been reported previously include: Robert Cordani of Amissville who will attend Danville Technical Institute, Drafting and Designing. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Cordani. Miss Virginia Yates Bradford will return to Mary Washington College Fredericksburg. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. R. Bradford of Flint Hill. Miss Merrill Parrish left Wednesday for Florence, Italy where she will study at the Villa Mercede. Misses Laurd and Carol Parrish are attending Baldwin School, Bryn Mawr, Pa. They are all the daughters of Mr. and Mrs. I. L. Parrish, Viewtown. Edwin Kent Henry, son of Mr. and Mrs. Homer E. Henry, Castleton, is attending VPJ Blacksburg. Edgar K. Browning is doing graduate work at Princeton University, Princeton, N. J. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning of Flint Hill.
