The blue winged teal, among the earliest tourists, are already making use of it asiliey start their southern trip. Beavers have dammed the farm stream and have become quite friendly, some not even shy of the romping bird dogs. Selective crop management has been applied to the timber on the farm. It has been cruised by a forester and over a period of years some marketable timber has been logged.
The Keims have built a house on the farm and it is furnished with beautiful pieces collected in their service travels from Japan, Formosa, Hawaii and other points in the far east.
