Lee Swindler returned to Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii after a two weeks’ visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Swindler. Mrs. W. A. Gentry and Wiley Gentry of Flint Hill were visitors last Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. D. V. Chapman. Mrs. Jesse Clater spent the weekend in Warrenton with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Clater. Mrs. “Doc" Miller who spent last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.r M. Priest, returned to Philadelphia Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Weaver spent last week at their cottage at Colonial Beach.
