Mrs. Martha Wood Miller

Mrs. Martha Wood Miller, 97, wife of the late Robert Edward Miller of Culpeper died at her residence Tuesday May 7, 1968. She was the daughter of the late B. J. Wood and the late Nellie Roberts Wood oi Rappahannock County. Her only surviving relatives are two nephews, B. J. Wood )f Flint Hill, and Charles B. Wood of Blacksburg and a niece, Mrs. Oliver Smith of North Garden. She was a member of the Culpeper Baptist Church and active in the missionary work of the churches in the Shiloh association for many years. Private funeral services have been planned for Thursday at 11 o’clock with a service to be conducted at the graveside in the Culpeper Masonic Cemetery by her pastor, the Rev. John S. Farrar. Those whom she personally selected to serve as her pallbearers are E. T. Willis Sr., Sarter Saunders, Edward Arm strong, E. M. Jones, Lewis Nelson and Jesse Burton. The Geest Funeral Parlors are in charge of arrangements
