Miss Armentine Leggett of South Boston has been a house guest of Mr. and Mrs. J. W Coates. Ranny Aylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor has accepted a position with the .Southern Electric Company in Staunton. He assumed his duties on Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Atkins, Mrs. Ethel Clater and Mrs. Catherine Brown visited their father, George Atkins in the Page Memorial Hospital, Luray on Sunday. Dinner guests on Sunday of Mrs. Jesse Clater and son, Danny were Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Clater of Warrenton. William Weedon Cloe III of Stafford spent Saturday with his grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pillar while his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Cloe, Jr., attendedthetenth reunion of Mrs. Cloe’s class at Madison College in Harrisonburg. They returned to their home on Sunday. Mrs. Elizabeth Ragan of Rich mond spent the weekend with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Maury W. Brown and on Sunday they visited Mr. and Mrs. Alvin DeShazo at King George. Dinner guests on Sunday of Miss Barbara Swindler were Dr. and Mrs. A. W. Kagey and three d a ughtersof Roanoke and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Swindler and son Bill. Dr. and Mrs. Kagey had visited Mrs. Alvin Kagey who is a surgical patient at Prince George’s General Hospital in Cheverly, Md. Mrs. Kagey’s a sister of Miss Swindler.
