Beginning at 11 a.m. Due to ill health, I have discontinued the operation of my store and service station business. I will offer for sale at the location of Henry s Grocery on Route 231, two and a half miles from Sperryville on the Madison Road the following real estate and personal property. The owner reserves the right to refuse any and all bids on the real estate. If bid is not accepted, store fixtures will not be sold. All groceries must go.
