Miss Jane Kathryn Bowersett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bowersett of Burtonsville, Maryland, formerly of Rappahannock County, and David Bruce Hobart, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Hobart of Richmond, Virginia were married June 21st. The ceremony was performed at two thirty o’clock jit Liberty Grove United Methodist Church, Burtoksville. Officiating were the Rev. Walter Zabel and the Rev. Charles I. Wallace, Sr. The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. James M. Settle of Front Royal, formerly of Flint Hill and the late Mr. Settle.
An organ prelude by Dale Krider,' organist, featured music by H%idel, Mendelssohn and Bach. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of white silk organza, trimme.d with sprays of Venise lace. Her veil of illusion jfell from a crescent of Venise lace. She carried a bouquet of white daisies, pink rose buds, and stephanotis. Miss Mary Stuart of Silver Spring, Maryland was maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Miss Brenda Brace of Alexandria, Mrs. J.
