Mr. Payne is married to the former Alberta Groseclose who has not fared well since hei introduction to Rappahannock She slipped at her home and sustained a broken arm with which she has been hospitalized Mr. and Mrs. Payne have two children; a daughter, Susan, whc is employed with the school system in Charlotte, N. C. and t son, H. L. Payne, Jr. who is f student at Dublin Community College. The Paynes, are making their home on the Richmond Road near Ren Venue in the James Massie house.
Beagle Trials Set
Saturday in Madison
The annual Beagle Field Triak sponsored by Madison County Wildlife Association will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on the Ernest Yowell farm near Madison.
There will be four prizes in each of the 13-inch and 15-inch classes, with Grand Champion to be named. Lunch will be available. For further information, contact Junior Lillard, William H. Smith, Carson Jenkins or Smith Blankenbaker.
