Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Exclusive Diplomatic Estates, Inc., to Mildred B. Fletcher Slater (formerly Mildred B. Fletcher), Trustee, said' deed of trust being ‘'dated* September 26, 1969, and recorded September 30, 1969, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 95, at page 674, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), *the undersigned, Mildred B. Fletcher Slater, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on November 16, 1970, at 10:00 A.M.
