(EST) At the Front Door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Exclusive Diplomatic Estates, Inc., to Mildred B. Fletcher Slater (formerly Mildred B. Fletcher), Trustee, said deed of trust being dated September 26, 1969, and recorded September 30, 1969, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 95, at page 661, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, Mildred B. Andrews, husband and wife, by deed dated September 26, 1969, and recorded September 80, 1969, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 95, at page 655. , .
