patient in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Moore and son, John H. Moore, were Saturday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ward in Front Royal. Miss Susan Dodson, a student at Radford College, spent the weekend at her home.
Hallow’een Party Enjoyed at Sperryville
A large number of children and adults enjoyed the Hallowe’en Party which was sponsored by the Sperryville Rescue Squad held Saturday night at the Fire Hall. Costumes were judged with the following winners:

Mr. and Mrs. Billy Campbell of Peola Mills with their son Chris entertained a group of area friends with a Hallowe’en party Saturday night. Among those present were Mrs. Homer Jenkins and grandson Robbie Leake, Mrs. Curtis Taylor with Sherry Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Deal and! Jennifer, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Coates and son Rodney, Carla Jenkins, Ronda and Sherry Davis, Dorothy Deal, David Hyden, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Deal. Games, fun and entertainment were followed by refreshments.
