The leaders of the Rappahannock Jaycees are mature, level-headed young men, who in many cases, have also served their country in the armed forces, and they spend much of their free time and money trying to improve the community in which they live, and their community spirit is shown by their efforts in hosting the Valentine Dance.
The Jaycee Chapter is well-respected by the State organization. It has been my pleasure to work with them, and 1 am convinced that this one unfortunate incident will not deter their future efforts in community activities.
