Seeking the mayor’s position is Andrew Kozik, a resident of the town for the past couple of years. Council members who filed for re-election are Mrs. Dorothy Hawkins, Mrs. Edna Wayland, Mrs. Bertha Armel, Mrs. Christine Johnston and Mrs. Virginia Miller, who has served as treasurer for many years.
New on the ballot will be Kermit Weakley, who moved to Washington a few years ago. This completes the slate which requires six council members and a mayor. □
