Auto tag sale
State and county motor vehicle license tags will go on sale next Wednesday, March 15.
State tags are sold at Sperryville Corner Store, with Wilson Burke as agent, and county tags may be obtained from the office of Robert L. Brown, Treasurer in Washington.
Hours for the purchase of state licenses will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and from 8 until noon on Saturdays.
The Treasurer’s office will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. daily and from 8:30 until noon on Saturdays. □
