Elizabeth Kulp Hutton of Warrenton skidded on gravel as she approached the 211 by-pass west of Washington from the old highway and struck a guardrail. This crash, investigated by Trooper W. A. Buntin, occurred November 29.
No injuries or charges resulted and damage to her ‘72 Oldsmobile was set at $150.
