Pursant to the terms and provisions of a Deed of Trust dated March 27, 1968 and recorded March 28, 1969 in Deed Book 91, Page 110 among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Witold Kuncewicz and Dorothy Kuncewicz, his wife, also known of record as Dorothy A. Kuncewicz and Dorothy L. Cuncewicz, conveyed the herinafter described property to Harold H. Garber, Jr. and Thomas J. Middleton, Trustees to secure the payment of certain indebtedness, and default having been made in the payment of said indebtedness, the undersigned Acting Trustees will, at the request of the holder of said notes and other evidences of debt, and pursuant to the terms of said Deed of Trust dated May 20, 1971 between Witold Kuncewicz and Dorothy A. Kuncewicz, his wife, Grantors and William G. Downey, Jr. and Oscar W. Sellars, Acting Trustees and Northern Virginia Bank, Beneficiary, and recorded July 23, 1971 in Deed Book 100, at page 628, among said land records of Rappahannock County, offer for sale at public auction on the 20th day of March, 1973, at 11:30 o’clock, a.m., Eastern Standard Time, in front of the Rappahannock County Court House, Washington, Virginia, all of those certain lots or parcels of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in Rappahannock County, Virginia, described as follows:

Tract f One

1) All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being situate in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 233 acres, more or less, being the same land that was conveyed to Said Duvall E. Martin, et ux, by deed dated the 10th day of February, 1959, and of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 69 at Page 422 and more accurately described as FarJhs I 2,3,4, and 5 in a survey and plat made by C.M. Anderson, SWC, dated August 1920 and duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office or the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 30 at page 130.

LESS AND EXCEPT therefrom, however, 26.80 acres as shown on the plat attached to the deed dated July 8, 1963 in Deed Book 79 at page 537.

AND LESS AND EXCEPT 44.088 acres conveyed by the said Witold Kuncewicz and Dorothy L. Kuncewicz, his wife, to Jane E. Allen by deed dated June 15, 1972 and recorded in deed book 103, page 511, among said county land records together with right of way 25’ in width reserved therein.

AND BEING the same property acquired by Witold Kuncewicz by deed dated July 8, 1963 and recorded July 10, 1963 in Depd Book 79 at Page 537, among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
