Many visitors to the Super Flea Market made their way to the Garden Center in the back corner of Mrs. Mattie Ball Fletcher’s large yard, and everyone declared it to be the coolest spot in town on that hot Fourth of July. This was a great advantage, for none of the hundreds of plants showed any signs of wilting. » The Herb Punch, prepared by Mrs. Williamson and Mrs. George Muth proved very popular. Perhaps sthe recipe would be of interest to those who didn’t find our shady corner.
