Mrs. W.L. Payne was in Charlottesville Monday where she underwent oral surgery. She was accompanied by Miss Susan Latham.
Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Settle and children were visitors last Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Settle at their new home in Charilotte Hall, Md. The past Sunday Mr. and Mrs. William Burke of Richmond were weekend guests of the Settles. Sherri Settle performed Wednesday in a music recital in Warrenton where she is a student of Mrs. Katheryne Owens.
Mrs. David Streagle and children of Cherry Point. N.C. are spending this week with Mrs. Sarah Latham and Susan.
