Miller, Jr., et al. vs. Jonas Alther, et al., designated as Chancery Cause #1997. The suit further seeks authority to invest the proceeds of sale as authorized by law and to pay the income therefrom to the complainant during his lifetime and for general relief.

And an affidavit having been made and filed by the complainant that Mercury Press, Inc. is a Delaware corporation having as its address 6505 Chillum Place, N. W., Washington, D. C. , is not a Virginia corporation, and that the unknown heirs of Solomon Bruce and all parties unknown, if any, and all persons unborn or persons yet to be born or created and all other parties unknown, if any, whose names and addresses are unknown, who are made parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown” may have an interest in the lands sought to be sold in said suit.
