COOP MEETING
The annual membership meeting of Southern States Front Royal Cooperative is scheduled for Friday, August 24 at 8 p.m. in the Front Royal fire hall. Patrons and members planning to attend the business session should contact the Co-op for meal tickets. Election of local Board of Director, Farm Home Advisory Committee members, operations reports and the observance of the 50th anniversary of Southern States Cooperative will highlight the meeting.
Alton W. Mathews of Bentonville will serve as chairman of the local meeting and the local operations and services will be discussed by Connie M. Athey, Jr., manager for the Front Royal store.
