SOMETIMES, EDITORIALS “writethemselves.” The following paragraph was spotted in the October 18 issue of the Northern Neck News, our esteemed contemporary in Warsaw, and it struck us that it pretty well sums up a widely held current attitude:
“Supervisors of six Northern Neck area counties, meeting in joint session Monday night at Heathsville, called for the state to take over the cost of more local programs, while attacking federal and state interference in local affairs.”□
