Miss Frank
Miss Leta Mildred Frank, 57, of Luray died Saturday, October 20, 1973 of injuries sustained in a traffic collision in Rappahannock.
She was a native of Page County, the daughter of the late Warren E. Frank and Mrs. Carol Settle Frank, who survives. In addition to her mother, a brother, W. Settle Frank of Parkersburg, W. Va. survives.
Miss Frank was a retired Lt. Col. in the Woman’s Army Corps. She served in Germany and other various posts overseas. While stationed in Hawaii, she was the Pacific WAC Commander.
Since her retirement she was a member of the council of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church with interment in Green Hill Cemetery in Luray.□
